Attorney Leira Moreno Gracia is a proud native of the Rio Grande Valley, born and raised in Roma, Texas. From a young age, her drive to serve her community and stand up for justice set her on a path toward advocacy. Leira went on to graduate from Rice University, followed by earning her Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center. A journey that forged her reputation for diligence, intellect, and compassion.

Leira began her legal career as a Criminal Defense Attorney, where she fought to protect the rights of individuals facing some of life’s most difficult moments. Her dedication to justice later led her to serve as a Prosecutor with the Harris County District Attorney’s Office, gaining invaluable trial experience and insight into the criminal justice system from both sides of the courtroom.

Today, Attorney Moreno Gracia brings that same depth of experience and commitment to the Houston community, offering strong and ethical representation in both Criminal Defense and Personal Injury matters.
